[Per United Press Association.] ASHBURTON, September 24. The Mid-Canterbury ladies’ golf senior championship was won by Miss .T. Horwell (Highfield) with a score of 75—77—152. Mrs Grant (Highfield) was runner-up with a score of 88—84— 172. The junior title was won by Mrs O’Shea (Russely), whose score was 95 91 —186, Mrs K. Gresson (Christchurch) being runner-up with 96—91—187,
