SAVOLDI’S EFFECTIVE DROPKICKS [Per United Press Association.] PALMERSTON N., September 23. Before a capacity house Joe Savoldi boat Willie Davis by two falls to one. When Davis persisted in using a toe and one of his knees a penalty fall was awarded Savoldi early in the first round. Davis equalised with a body press following dumps in the fifth round, but found himself on the wrong end _of three flying drop-kicks at the beginning of the .sixth, the spectators reaching for their hats before the deciding fall was awarded.
