STORM IN ENGLAND
DOVER IN DARKNESS (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 21. A torrential rain storm broke over London and surrounding districts late last night. Traffic was slowed down and many motorists were forced to halt temporarily. Dover was thrown into darkness and tram cars were stopped for about an hour when lightning struck an electric cable.
