MAY BE FILMED FOR FIRST TIME OBJECTIONS COUNTER-BALANCED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 22. (Received September 23, at 1 p.m.)

Now it is felt that the inconvenience would be counterbalanced by the interest in the picture throughout the Empire, also by its value as an historical document.
