TO BE ACCORDED CIVIC RECEPTION FPer United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September 23. A civic reception is to be accorded on Monday next at midday to the Premier of New South Wales (Mr B. S. Stevens), who is travelling on the Aorangi from Vancouver to Sydney after visiting Great Britain and America.
