Ridden by M‘Carten, he went easily over the first five furlongs, and then took Imin for the remaining seven, the last four in 50sec, and the last three in 37$ sec. Cuddle, also ridden by M'Carten, registered the excellent time of Imin 16sec for six furlongs, the last three in 37seo. Mr Montgomery, the owner of Silver Jubilee, was present at Victoria Park to see him gallop a brilliant four furlongs in 49isec.
