MR M'ARTRRR'S COMMENT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, September 21. Mr J. W. S. M'Arthur, who has returned to Sydney, expressed the opinion that the Public Trustee in New Zealand should have been consulted with regard to the sale of the Trust Building in Sydney, as that official was entitled to two-thirds of the money from the sale. M'Arthur congratulated the Bank of New South Wales on getting the Trust Building at the bargain price of £273,000,
