A waterfall recently discovered in the hinterland of British Guiana, in the Sonaug region by the Potara River, has been named, with the approval of His Majesty, “King Edward VIII.” The fall is one of 840 ft. with a widtli of oOft; but the drop is not vortical. Two other falls in British Guiana, arc, with the consent of the King, to he officially known as “King George V.” and “ King Edward VII.”-
