CELEBRATED IN MELBOURNE REUNION DINNER HELD Prest Association— By Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, September 20. New Zealanders living in Melbourne celebrated Dominion Day by a reunion dinner) which was attended by 150. Responding to the toast “ Aotearoa,” Neff Zealand’s Trade and Tourist Commissioner, Mr W. Taylor, said that 'New Zealand and Australia were now progressing and understanding each other with an intensity not paralleled for 10 years. Pacific relations were tending to develop travel, trade, and economy. In this respect the two countries were working closely together. Other speakers included Mr A. S. M. Poison, Lieutenant-colonel Hellier Evans, Messrs C. Daly and Colin Smith, and Mrs C. Potter.
