TRANSACTIONS WITH GERMANY SECRET TESTIMONY PUBLISHED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, September 17. The Senate Munitions Investigating Committee has issued a report of secret testimony taken months ago, indicating that the giant firm of Dupont de Dcmours holds an active financial interest in rearming Nazi Germany. It is revealed that the company owned 7.98 per cent, of the Dyuamit Action Gesbachft, a holdings company for German munitions firms, and had an agreement to share trade secrets and divide world markets. Evidence has also been published indicating that Duponts did cosiderablo small arms business in Holland before Herr Hitler’s repudiation of disarmament, and much of this was smuggled into Germany for equipping Nazi Storm Troops.
