The British submarine Rorqual tvas launched from the naval construction works of Vickers-Armstrongs Limited, at Barrow-in-Furness recently. The ceremony was carried out by Lady Baddeley, wife of Sir Vincent Baddeley, formerly Deputy Secretary of the Admiralty. The Rorqual is the 170th submarine to be launched at the yard.
