(Received September 19, at 10.5 a.m.) In an effort to combat the increasing plague of rabbits which is ravaging farms throughout England, an intricate rabbit-proof fence is being erected around the King’s estate at Port Belvedere. The King has instructed that rabbits should be stamped out there.
