t GERMANY’S PROPOSALS NOTE HANDED TO AMBASSADORS (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 18. (Received September 19, at noon.) The Foreign Secretary (Mr Anthony Eden), who was received by the King at Buckingham Palace, later saw the Ambassadors in London of France, Italy, and Belgium. The German Charge d’Affaires at the Foreign Office handed to them for communication to their Governments a Note containing the proposals upon which he had been working in connection with the conference of the live Locarno Powers.
