AUSTRALIAN DELEGATION Proas Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA, September 17. The Minister of Defence, in the House of Representatives to-day, would neither confirm nor deny the report that he would lead) the delegation to New Zealand concerning the Tasman air service. PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED. CANBERRA, September 18. (Received September 18, at 11 a.m.) The Australian delegation to the conference in Wellington to consider the establishment of an air mail service between Australia and New Zealand will be Sir Archdale Parkhill, the secretary of the Defence Committee, Mr Shepherd, the Controller-General of Civil Aviation, Captain Johnston, the Director of Postal Services, Mr Brown, and the Chief Secretary of Postal Services, Mr Harry. The Australian officials will sail to-morrow. Sir Archdale Parkhill will leave by the Awatea on September 25.
