WELLINGTON EDUCATION BOARD DISAGREEMENT A STUBBORN MEMBER [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 16. After Mr T. W. M‘Donald, at_ a meeting of the Wellington Education Board, had refused to comply with the terms of a resolution calling upon him to make an unqualified withdrawal of a letter he had written concerning a motion of censure passed upon him at a previous meeting a sergeant and constable appeared on the scene. The board had taken an adjournment for 20 minutes. Five minutes before the meeting was due to resume Mr M ‘Donald, after making some comment, left the room. The sergea-1 and constable remained in the building for about another hour, but Mr M'Donald did not return.
