PETROL WAGONS ABLAZE DEATH MIL NOT REVEALED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright MOSCOW, September 15. (Received September 15, at 12.30 p.m.) A terrible mishap occurred at Rostoy-on-Don. A locomotive struck a train of petrol wagons, which caught fire and sprayed the Kiev-Baku express, three carriages of which were burned. The death roll is not revealed. Four men have been arrested on charges of negligence.
