TAIERI ANGLERS
PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES Following on the annual meeting, a very happy time was spent at the annual smoke social of the Taieri Anglers’ Club. Mr A. E, Thomson presided and welcomed all present, including Mr W. Wilson (of the Otago Acclimatisation Society) and Mr Fred David (district ranger). An appropriate toast list was gone through, and songs and musical items were given by friends of the club. Mr L. B. Borrow presided at the piano. This year’s office-bearers are as follow: —President, Mr A. E, Thomson; vice-president, Mr D. Stewart; secretary, Mr C. Cameron; committee— Messrs F. Ferguson, J. Poland, R. Stewart, W. Ritchie, S.
