FORTY-HOUR RAILWAY WEEK
A.S.R.S. CONGRATULATION (Per United Press Association,] WANGANUI, September 15. A largely attended meeting of the Wanganui branch of the A.S.R.S., including representatives from Bonny Glen, Turaikina, Wangaehu, Fordell, and Wanganui passed- a resolution unanimously congratulating the Government on introducing the 40-hour week into the railway service, and expressing complete confidence in the Government.
