VALUELESS CHEQUES
SIX MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT [Per Unwed Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 14. On two charges of obtaining money and goods by valueless cheques, Alfi*d Hinton (56), of Palmerston North, was to-day sentenced by_ Mr Stilwell, S.M., to terms totalling six months, and was remanded to Hamilton on a forgery charge.
