WIDOW'S CLAIM [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 11. In the Supreme Court Mr Justice Smith entered judgment by consent for £1,500 damages, exclusive of costs, in favour of Gertrude Agnes Marston, Who claimed damages in respect of herself and four children from George Wilfred Ryan and William M‘Rcynolds. Mrs Marston’s husband was tilled as the result of a ear driven by M'lleynolds (as agent for Ryan) striking a motor cycle on which Marston was a pillion rider.
