NOTE. - LATEST POSTAL REGULATIONS require that REPLIES to Advertisements SENT THROUGH THE POST addressed to the ‘ Evening Star ’ Office MUST CARRY A Id STAMP. Letters replying to advertisements may be handed in at the Advertising Office of the ‘ Evening Star,’ Stuart street. Such letters do not require a postage stamp.
