DISCOVERED IN ROME RINGLEADERS ARRESTED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September IQ._ (Received September 11, at 10.5 a.m.) The British United Press correspondent at Rome says the police unmasked a powerful Communist organisation with headquarters in Rome and branches in a number of towns. The police seized detailed membership lists, large sums of money, and thousands of leaflets. It is understood that the ringleaders, some of whom are understood to be high officers of the Fascist Party, have been arrested and imprisoned, in addition to scores of followers.
