GIRL PAT CASE
CHARGE AGAINST ORSBORNE BROTHERS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 10. (Received September 11, at 10.5 a.m.) At the opening of the Girl Pat case against the Orsborne brothers evidence was given on behalf of the owners that Orsborne was instructed to fish in the North Sea. The case was adjourned.
Tho prosecutor, Mr Fulton, announced that James Orsborne had nothing to do with the ship or the crew. He was actually a stowaway.
