WRIT SERVED ON BABY
Sheriff James Svejda entered the day nursery of a hospital in Chicago recently and thrust a writ into the hands of a ten-day-old baby.
The, "writ orders the baby to appear in tho county court, Chicago, to “ answer a petition for adoption.” The sheriff said; “Tho little tyke frowned, but ho hold the writ in his hand for a. moment, and I guess that makes the service legal.”
