NEW RECORD ESTABLISHED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BONNEVILLE, September 9. A Press telegram reports that Joh Cobb, the famous London racing motoi ist, set up a new, world’s one-hou motor speed record at Salt Flats to-da by travelling 167.69 miles an hour ovc a course of 12 miles, thus beating th record established by Eyston of 162.5 miles an hour last July. Cobb has ten tative plans to attempt new records fo longer times and distances to-morrov and Friday.
