JERUSALEM, September 10(Received September 11, at 1.15 p.m.) It is officially stated that the Iraq pipe line has been damaged 26 times since the beginning of the disturbances, . and that escaping oil has four times affected the telephone wires. Prompt detection in every instance has prevented an interruption of the oil flow.
