MR BRUCE’S PROPOSALS
LEAGUE COMMITTEE TO BE SET UP Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 28. The Associated Press Association’s special Geneva correspondent says that M. Guinazu brought Mr Bruce’s nutrition resolution to the notice of the Council, explaining that it was not desirable to wait until January, 1936, before establishing a committee of inquiry. The Council adopted M. Guinazu’s proposal and empowered him to make the necessary appointments to the committee after consulting with the rapporteurs on the economic, financial, and health questions.
