CHRISTMAS CHEER FOR LEPERS
To bring joy and gladness at Christmas time into the lives of the 518 lepers isolated *at Makogai, the following donations are gratefully acknowledged by Mr P. J. Twomey, of the Christchurch Gas Company. The PostmasterGeneral has kindly reduced the charges to half-rates on all parcels sent to Mr Twomey for the lepers.
