ST. BERNADETTE'S CARNIVAL
Last night there was a large attendance at tho carnival which is being hehl in the grounds of St. Bernadette’s Church, Forbury road, this week. An attractive array of stalls, which are well stocked with a variety of articles, has been provided, and visitors are spending freely, while the popularity of tho novelty games is apparent hy the amount of support
each is receiving nightly. The grounds are brilliantly lighted by a series of coloured lights, and the whole carnival is most alluring to the members of the public. The proceeds are in aid of tho church funds. The carnival will he open again this evening. '
