JNT9R FATALITY [Per United Press Association.] TIMARU, September 26. The echo of a collision between two cars on the Timaru-Dunedm mam road at Kingsdown on July ll was heard in the Magistrate’s Court before Mr C. G. Orr-Walker this morning when Thomas Vincent, of Pareora, was charged witn (1) negligently driving a car, (2) tailing to keep as near as practicable to the left of the centre of the road, and (3) negligently driving, .thereby causing the death of Samuel Kingston.
