CHORAL SOCIETY
The next concert by the Choral Society should be one of outstanding merit. For the first time in New Zealand Madame Muriel Brunskill will sing with, a full orchestra, which Will bo conducted by Mr Alfred Walmsley, and has been specially engaged for the occasion. Of Madame Brunskill critics have said: “ She is a poet’s or a composer’s dream who gives new and true values to words.” The box plan will open at next Wednesday for the concert in the main Town Hall on October 5.
