NUMBERS INCREASED

RETURN OF WAR PENSIONS BOARD’S ANNUAL REPORT An increase in the number of war pensions' granted for the year ended March 31, 1935, as compared with the previous twelve months, was reported in the annual statement of the Pensions Board which recently came before Parliament. The total amount of payments in war pensions during tho past financial year was £1,264,110, compared with £1,24(h----441 during the previous financial year, an increase of £17,669.
