FANS AGAIN
The Queen fanned herself at times during the performance of ‘La Bohemo ’ at Covent Garden. Her fan was a small one, with dainty sticks which gleamed in the dim light. If the warm weather continues it is probable that Her Majesty will set the fashion again for the use of fans, writes a London paper. Gloves long enough to turn above the elbow for several inches, and hiding that one part of the arm which is not so beautiful, will doubtless be the. kind worn by the majority of women with their short-sleeved gowns this summer. Both the Queen and the Duchess of York wore white kid gloves at the opera.
