HUGE ITALIAN APPROPRIATIONS. ROME, September 23.—T-e Italian Government lias issued a decree announcing huge additional appropriations for “ colonial purposes.” These include:—Army, £25,000,000; navy, £2,500,000; air force, £5,000,000; colonies, £17,000,000. , ’ v TRAIL OF WORTHLESS CHEQUES.
