RETURN TO PACIFIC IN NOVEMBER Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, June 20. Mr C. A. Swanson (Secretary of the Navy) announced that after the summer manoeuvres in tho Atlantic the entire fleet would be concentrated in the Pacific early in November. In passing through the Panama Canal, it will again attempt to make record time for mass movement.
