After a fortnight without labour troubles at Lyttelton it was alleged by the employers this morning that go-slow tactics had been resumed by the watersiders in the loading of the Waipiata and the discharge of the Wingatui. Later the men were informed that unless they worked at the normal rate their services would be dispensed with and that the vessels would be made preference ships.
