Prince Chiohibu left Tokio to-day tor a State visit to Manchukuo conveying the congratulations of his brother, the Emperor of Japan, to Emperor Kangteh (Pu-Yi) on bis enthronement, and to confer the Grand Order of the Chrysanthemum on him, and the First Order of the Sacred Crown on the Empress.
