MAKGHUKUO’S EMPEROR PRINCE CHICHIBU’S VISIT. TOKIO, June 2. Prince Chiohibu left Tokio to-day tor a State visit to Manchukuo conveying the congratulations of his brother, the Emperor of Japan, to Emperor Kangteh (Pu-Yi) on bis enthronement, and to confer the Grand Order of the Chrysanthemum on him, and the First Order of the Sacred Crown on the Empress. The Prince also took numerous exquisite gifts for the Imperial couple. BIG RIVER MINES. Mr B. H.
