(Received June 20, at 9.15 a.m.) The Berlin correspondent of ‘ The Times’ says: “There is a storm in the Cabinet following Herr Von Papen’s speech at Marburg University, in which he declared that enthusiasm for the Nazi regime was declining. He also attack' the Government’s campaign against carpers and critics, declaring that the Government ought to be strong enough to stand decent criticism. The speech was partially suppressed by the newspapers. He added that patriots should not bo branded as enemies of the State. The German people knew that the situation was serious, and they knew of the existence of an economic crisis. They had an acute sense of the injustice of violence, and smiled over the indiscreet attempts to deceive them by falsification.”—London ‘ Times ’ Cable. Dr Rosenberg, German publicist, went to London at the outset of the Hitler regimes on a mission to commend Nazism to Englishmen, iwhich was signally unsuccessful.]
