FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S PROPOSAL Press Association—By Telegraph—Copjright SYDNEY, June 19. (Received June 19, at noon.) The ‘ Herald’s ’ Melbourne representative says; “Mr Lyons informed the Loan Council that the Commonwealth Government had decided to make £2,000,009 available for the States in the coming financial year in the hope that they would rise it to increase employment, especially of boys.”
