INSTRUCTIONS as to the Insertion or Withdrawal of Advertisements in the Star ’ must bo in writing. Alterations for display Advertisements must be handed in by II a.in. on t.’ day before they are required to appear. Advertisers in the country can r mil pay ment by Money Orders or Postal Notes. For the. convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the ‘ Evening Star ‘ Advertising Office, but the Proprietors do not accept any responsibility in this respect. Whilst every care is exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for the non-insertion through accident or from other causes; and (he Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advortiJ-cineiU-i that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. All literary communications should be addressed to ibo Editor, and all coumnini cations relating to mailers of business to the Manager.
