BOROUGH OF PORT CHALMERS, Application for sanction of, LOAN. Notice is hereby given that the Port Chalmers Borough Council proposes, at its meeting to bo held on JULY 9th. 1934, to consider a Motion toapply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of moneys by way of loan for tho purpose of carrying out the undermentioned works. Tho application referred to provides for the borrowing of;— (1) £1,750 for the construction of a main outfall sewer and drainage works at Mussel Bay. (2) £750 for preparation and tar sealing Macandrew road from the Band Rotunda to Slant street. (3) £1,195 for tho preparation and tarsealing Grey street, Magnetic street, and Harrington street to Fox street intersection. !•: Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Port Chalmers Borough Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting. ■Dated this 18th day of June, 1934.
