POSITION 1H NEW SOUTH WALES BUILDING RESTRICTION OPPOSED. Frees Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY. June 15. Mr F. Marks, who recently inquired into the film industry in this State, recommends , the Government not to agree to the agitation for the restriction of the building of further picture theatres, for, if .the agitation were successful, there would be no end to the number of industries which would claim similar protection.
