A CHARGE OF THEFT. ' A remand until next Wednesday was granted by Mr Lawry, S.M., in a case in the Magistrate’s Court to-day in which a 19-year-old electrician was charged with the theft of 205 United States dollars, valued at £6O los 7d, the property of Roy Williams, the American negro boxer, who is in Wellington on his way home from a visit to Australia. It was stated that the accused was arrested yesterday afternoon. Bait was allowed (£100) and the name was suppressed in the meantime on the accused’s own application*
