(Received June 14, at 12.25 p.m. Fifty Conservative members of the House of Commons, headed by Sir Austen Chamberlain, have issued a manifesto stating that the existing co-opera-tion between the ‘parties in the National Government is so fruitful that it should be made permanent. The ideal of a British political national party without party labels must grow until co-operation between the representatives of the older parties becomes a habit which electorates will expect and desire.
