ORANGE TART.
Six ounces Tether-Flake, baked on a plate, 1 egg, 1 orange (grated rind and juice), X slightly heaped tablespoon cornflour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 4-pint water. Mis cornflour smooth with the orange juice, put all ingredients into saucepan excepting the, egg. Bring to boil, add yolk of egg. Pour into Fether-Flake case. Cover with meringue made with beaten white and 1 tablespoon sugar. Brown in cool oven. Fether-Flake is puff pastry of perfect quality, ready to bake. A boon for the busy.
