The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ diplomatic correspondent says: “ Although Germany’s return to the Disarmament Conference is deemed vital and urgent, no fresh move towards this purpose can be expected either by the British Government or Mr Henderson. The initiative will be loft to Signor Mussolini, who will confer with Herr Hitler on Thursday.”-
