The Foreign Office is arranging f6r his lauding. Friends in Loudon have guaranteed his passage to England. [William Maxwell Bickerton, who was born in Now Zealand in_l9ol and was a teacher in the Tokio High School, was arrested by the Japanese police on March, 13 on suspicion of Communist activities.]
