A GENERAL DECLINE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, June 9. A Ministry of Agriculture report reveals that between 1925 tbe capital value of agricultural land in England and Wales declined from £815,000,000 to £645,000,000. The capital of tenants declined by £85,000,000, and agricultural output by £30,750,000 owing to lower prices.
