A report has been received here that the steamer Changte, outward bound from Sydney to Hongkong is aground at Zamboanga in the Philippines. Some of tho passengers have been transferred to a passing vessel, "en route to Manila, and it is expected that the Changte will be refloated at high tide on Monday. _____ PLIGHT NOT, DANGEROUS. SYDNEY, June 11. (Received June 11, at 11 a.m.) The steamer Changte is fast on a sand bank near Zamboanga. Her plight is not considered dangerous, but a tug is standing by.
