At the Port Chalmers court yesterday, John M‘lntyre, when brought before Mr J. R. Bartholomew S.M., pleaded not guilty to a charge of being unlawfully on licensed premises on Sunday Juno 3. The defendant was fined 10s and costs (10s). John "William Emerson obtained judgment by default against Albert E. Duncan for goods (£2 12s) with costs (33s 6d).
